Car advice

So I just landed a new position with my company and I’m now getting a company car that I can use as a personal vehicle. I have a family of 5 and expecting and my fiance and I are looking to purchase a bigger vehicle before baby #4 gets here in April. I currently drive a 2019 Altima and owe $10k on it and she drives a 19’ Acura Rdx and owes about $20k . The vehicle that the company is giving is a Toyota RAV4.

I would like to save as much money as possible but also get a new vehicle. She works 3 days a week as a nurse . Not sure if we need 2 vehicles or if 1 would be sufficient.

Any advice on maximizing our savings but also getting a new vehicle with space? I’m also considering paying off my vehicle and keeping it .
