Can we talk about how hard it is to find out where you fit after graduating?

So, like I went with my mom to her church's anniversary banquet, and while I knew plenty of people there, I felt really out of place. Like when I was in high school, I was in my own little friend group with people who I could really connect with and teachers and staff that I was cool with and talked to from time to time. Similar thing to when I was in college. Plus, since my freshman year of college began in Fall 2020, as a class we all had that shared experience to bond with. In HS I felt like I had a place where I belonged, and the same happened in college, but now I don't know.
