Alternatives to Storygraph?

I've been using StoryGraph for a bit, and while I appreciate its features and the idea behind it, I just can't get past the user interface. It feels cluttered and not very intuitive to navigate. I'm spending more time figuring out how to use the app than actually enjoying tracking my reading.

Is it just me, or are others feeling the same way? Any suggestions for alternative platforms with a better UI? I'd love to hear your thoughts!
