AITA

Ok so I have a dog and we usually go on walks so he can do his business. I always bring bags and clean after him however this specific time my dog did like a more watery type of poop that I couldn’t clean up which was on someone’s grass and I went to pick it up but there was nothing really I could pick up bc it was all watery. Anyways next day I go around the block he is waiting at his property and pulls me aside telling me that he saw me on his cameras reaching to pick up the dog poop and lie about it- not picking it up. I explained my side of the story Obviosuly being friendly and respectful about it but he’s drilling it in me that it’s my job as a dog owner to look after it. Ok I get that but what he made me do after just seemed excessive. So after that convo he said can you please go over there and pick it up. I went over to it and he’d placed mud on top of it and when I tried to pick it up there was nothing literally there in terms of poop because it had all disintegrated. Anyways weird story. AITA or should I just find a new block to walk around. Mind you he had previously screamed at 2 16 year olds for a dog peeing on the council strip of his yard as if the dog could control that.
