I wonder About ageism at work - for my whole career, I’ve always had managers that are older than me and the executives at the companies that I’ve worked were older than me. Therefore, now I’m 48 years old it’s strange that everyone around me that’s my age is saying that they’re being discriminated against at work. Why aren’t we all managers and executives at companies?
