(21F) shopping myself into financial ruin lol

Basically any tips to help with a crippling shopaholic. It’s starting to actually affect my life and self esteem , I never have any savings now. I don’t have money for food, I spend them on clothes and accessories,beauty. I can’t save for a trip or traveling. And i can’t pay off my credit card. addicted to the high of getting something new, i was never like this before but then after heartbreak I just started finding solace in buying new things. I’m pretty sure , just trying to fill a hole of low self esteem. But even with awareness , I can’t stop. Help.
